I'm putting together a partial mash recipe and want to know what my specific gravity will be if the grain bill consists of 3# wheat DME, 3# Belg pils, 1# vienna/munich mix, and 1# candi sugar, assuming 75% efficiency? The target gravity would be around 1.060. I only ask because I couldnt formulate a recipe on Beersmith. Any appropriate references is good as well, thanks.

well according to my magic iPhone app your OG should be 1.056. add another 0.5# wheat DME to get it up to 1.060.

Cool so just a little more malt! My base malt is MO, so i wonder if I can add a pound or so of that to achieve the extra points in desired starting gravity. Thanks! :mug:
