Sourcing new American oak barrel

Posting on a couple boards, trying to see if anyone has had experience buying oak barrels for some homebrew. The google search has turned up cooperages for winemakers and several sites pushing cheesy "oak" barrels.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

What size barrel are you looking for? New or single use (the latter I would guess)

New. I want to cellar this for a time and not have any flavors imparted other than oak.
