If I may suggest finding a local restaurant supply store near your home. Then you can get a feel of the pot and see different materials, finishes and weights.
We're lucky we have a huge store about 30 minutes away.
Clark food service off of old Philadelphia pike. I bought very nice 12 and 16 qt stainless pots from them with copper core bottoms. Less than $60 each.
Here's another vote for Clark's. I picked up a nice 32 qt aluminum pot this summer. I forget what I paid for it but I remember the price being very reasonable.
Restaurant supply stores are a lot of fun.
That is wild that it is the same. I have been using them for about a year now. They are killing most of my local distribution, even with shipping, for the same stuff. It is great.
