So I bought this summer's release of Bootleg Biology's Sour Weapon L, but I'm not sure what to make with it. I'm doing a summer of sours, and I've already brewed a Flanders Red on Roselare Blend, a double batch of lacto soured rye saison that I'll split half onto mulberries and half onto peaches, and a Berliner Weisse on Wyeast Lacto. What recipe do you have that is hopefully a little different from these three, but will really let the Sour Weapon shine? Any recipe recommendations are appreciated.

when in doubt 80% 2 row or pilsner malt and 20% wheat is a great base for any sour add specialty or adjunts as you wish.
i have a sour weapon L sitting the fridge right now also. What color beer are you looking to do? it looks like you dont have a brown sour up there.Cara wheat has been treating me lovely with sours and has a lovibond of 55. In have a brown saison (3711) that got bootlegs pedio blend after 3 weeks. the pellical is gnarly after the last few weeks of heat.

Yeah, I was thinking of a sour brown. All the sours I've done to date have been Belgian or German yeast. Would a sour English-style brown work well?
I was also contemplating a sour Belgian Dark Strong.
