...but there aren't any, just stupid people.

So I found a recipe for an AG Irish Red that I'd like to get going, and it called for 1056. I have some washed/harvested 1084 Irish Ale at home (as well as 1056) so I'm wondering if it wouldn't make sense to go with the Irish 1084 for the beer. Any thoughts?

Yeah that sounds good. If it were me I'd ferment at the lower end of the range to keep it clean (~62F).

i just made an irish red with 1084, it's really tasty. i fermented it about 66 and it's pretty darn clean.

Cool that's what I assumed but wanted to check in here first. I'll be making the starter today or tomorrow then brewing sometime this weekend. Between the homebrew, a kitchen project, and NFL playoffs it'll be a busy weekend. Have to brew though since my friends and I did a number on the inventory this weekend! Cheers!
