Hi,

Im trying to make a beer in Beersmith, once clicking 'add grains' i find my self without a clue with what to put in the particular fields i.e. SG, SRM and Diastatic power.

If anyone know or could help me to fill in this info it would be helpful

Or even we could get a complete list of this info for all GF grains anyone has used!

For pale malt figure 2-3 SRM and 60 DP. SG will vary depending on many factors.

Hello all, new to the forum and have three extract batches under me. Currently getting ready for an all grain batch using Grouse Malt's. Has anyone manually created the Grouse and Eckard grains in Beersmith? I was able to get some of the information from their site as well as the online store but I am missing Moisture %, Diastatic Power and Protein %..

Just wanted to pass along a fun read while I am typing. The History of the World According To Beer. Got me excited about brewing!!!
