I have been really diligent in not touching my beer.. Arghhh... 10 days in primary and 2 weeks in secondary.... I have bottle a Fat Tire clone. Have 2 more brews in secondary now.. Question.. Aging beer? Do you age in the secondary.. Or in the bottles.. And also at what temp? I hear of some people aging for years...?
I also do not want to got to kegging..
OK.... My buddy is giving me a fridge as he is moving... I guess I will just have to make the switch.... Any recommendations on some online equipment suppliers.....
I have a generic beer that came with my B3 kit.. Added to much H2O due to miscalc on the grain absorb... I have about 6 gals... They provided these carb drops.. ? Should I bag that and just use priming sugar.. If so how much for 6 gal?
