Hopefully i will have time this saturday to brew another batch of my house beer. pornstar pale. I work all day sunday so thats out.

Brewing our Christmas card beer Saturday - the AG red brickwarmer - for the 3rd year in a row. Shoulda prolly brewed it a few weeks ago but I think it's be ready just in time for deliveries mid December.

Doing a 10gal batch of Porter on Sunday. Got the starter going last night and i'll be stepping it up today and tomorrow. Half of this batch will be bottled and given to my brother as a 'thank you' for helping out on a bunch of brewdays. The rest will be kegged and guzzled in-house. Cheers!!

Brewing a Witbier and an ESB. I'm doing back to back 5 gallon batches with the new HERMS setup. The Witbier will be good to test the new step mash capability and doing back to back will prove out the convenience. I have done back to back before where I had to wait for my one and only kettle to be available to start the next batch. Now I have an electric element in my HLT.

Is it Saturday yet? Is it Saturday yet? Is it Saturday yet? Is it Saturday yet?

Brewing a SN Celebration Ale clone on Saturday, then a house pale ale with homegrown cascade hops on Sunday.

It is "Learn To Homebrew Day" this Saturday. Our homebrew club has our monthly meeting at Barley John's, a local brew pub. We have also contracted with a local apple orchard. to get fresh pressed cider.

I am getting 15 gallons of cider, and have 5 different hard cider recipes designed and all necessary "additions" purchased and ready to go.

Brewing a porter tomorrow for our club's Learn to Homebrew day meeting. 3 gallon BIAB. It will get either coconut or vanilla in the secondary.

my best friend is moving into his first house in december so im making an ipa for it since its his favorite beer. but going to be using simcoe and amarillo for the first time.

Brewing an Irish red, kinda nervous because this is the first brew on my new equipment, but it will still be beer even if i make a small error

Version 2.0 of the gluten free hard root beer. Version 1 was good, but lacked caramel body. I made 4 lbs of candi syrup today, and I'm hoping that I was able to convert enough to have some residual sweetness. I'll likely keg in 2 weeks and be ready by thanksgiving.
