Hah--if only. I'm doing the next best thing I guess, buying locally produced honey from VA. I'm sure if the WH sold its honey the main consumers would be homebrewers looking to clone the recipe!

Well with a four day weekend I'm going to try and brew two batches!
I've had a request for a cream stout and a wheat beer so I picked up grain for both.

Made a Smoked Porter on Sunday. Didn't plan on 71% eff and the 7% abv i should get... but i'll take it! Hour 48 since pitching yeast and its bubblin strong at a consistent 66 degrees. Gotta love it.

Doing my first AG brews this weekend. Starting it off with a 2 hearted clone https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/bells-two-hearted-ale-clone-close-they-come-91488/ and finishing the long weekend off with a smother hops vanilla porter.

Should be fun using my new eBIAB setup for my first AG. Sure i'll hit a few bumps in the road, but hey it'll be beer in the end!

Yeah, 2 Hearted Clone! I also will be doing a 2Hearted this weekend. This will be my first repeat brew where I am not changing a thing. I was very happy with the first one.

Using the Bells yeast from the orange pale ale thats in primary right now. Cold crashing in my garage over the holiday and should be ready to rock on Sunday.

Finally getting back around to a RIS I tried back in January but didn't hit my OG well enough to reach the higher ABV I was looking for...hopefully the newer appropriately scaled gear will get me there. Half going on tap, the other into an whiskey barrel for a bit.

Brewing 2 IPA's, identical except for the hops. One will be a Delta-hopped IPA, and the other will be a Newport-hopped IPA.

Friday I'm going to brew up a Premium American Lager. I'll ferment 10 days(ish) at 50 F, D-rest for 5 days at room temp, then lager for 2-3 month. 10 lb 2-row, 1.75 lb rice, columbus hops to 15 ibus, munich lager yeast. We shall see....

I brewed a nice oatmeal stout yesterday to have ready for Christmas and also kegged a Bavarian heffewiezen that has been cold crashing/conditioning for 3 weeks after two weeks in the primary. It looked and tasted wonderful. Not to finish off my Presidential Porter and Fat Tire clone to make room in my kegerator

I'll be brewing a gold pale ale with a partial mash/extract profile. Columbus at 60 and 10, Cascade at 5 and 1, Amarillo for dry hopping. Going to rack a gallon of it off at secondary and add some mango just for the hell of it.

Well, I guess I've changed my mind to brew up a cream ale instead and will wait to use the 2308 for an O-fest once I get some munich or vienna. 1056 starter going now, and will be pitched into a cream ale tomorrow afternoon/evening. Then I'll use the cake from the cream ale for something else.
