Starter is banging away on the plate for the warm temp lager experiment this weekend (3 gal of American Light Lager), and I'll squeeze in a Flanders Red no-sparge-no-chill at the same time. It will be my first time step mashing on the RIMS.

i really really want to. I got a brand spanking new Polarware 42qt Kettle from Brewmasters warehouse and I want to break it in. However, we need to finish organizing our new place, have a Halloween party to go to and have to get a chest freezer because my hop inventory is taking over all of the available freezer space at our new place. I am ok having hops for dinner, SWMBO...not so much

I'll be brewing up a test batch of AG along with another 5.5 gallons of Graff with a friend. He's pretty interested in getting into it so I may hook him up with a 3 gallon carboy and a few other odds and ends I have laying around.

Saturday I'm making Bier Muncher's centennial Blonde. Always on tap at my house.

Sunday I'm making Bier Muncher's Oktoberfast. Love Oktoberfest beers but I can't lager yet so I make them ales. I have EdWorts in bottles right now and it's great.

Is it bad I tend to brew almost every weekend? Blahh what am I saying of course not..

Light Brown Ale is up for this weekend :tank:

got my starter starting for my ordinary bitter that i will brew tomorrow. have to bottle up the double chocolate stout also.

I too am Brewing BM's Centennial this weekend only on Sunday. Doing a 10G batch and using all Simcoe Hops though. I figure it's getting colder, more people will be hanging out in the basement, need a general crowd pleaser. This is my first brew that i consider close to BMC, but I've never tasted it so maybe (hopefully) I'm way off. Been wnating to brew it for a long time, but always chose something more "craftish" I guess. Who knows this may be my house beer.

Of course not, you're just living the dream:)

I have everything ready to brew up a batch of Oktoberfest Ale, using a starter from my first attempt at yeast washing.

Incidentally I am hopeful that this will be my last batch before I go AG!:ban:

I have a Big Brew at the LHBS. We are collectively doing a Russian Imperial Stout which will ferment in bourbon barrels :ban:

I hope the weather is nice!

P.S. This is my first post using the dancing banana.

Just checked Fed Express and my Brewmaster's Warehouse order is being delivered today. Will be brewing an American IPA on Saturday and if I don't have a hangover after an all-day brewing session and a Halloween party that night, I'll do an Irish Red on Sunday.

Also have to find time to bottle a Pale Ale and a Poor Richard's Ale. So it is a big weekend for me.:mug:

If I'm lucky, I may be able to brew on Sunday. We're nearing the end of a complete kitchen renovation, and the plumber is coming Saturday AM to install the sink and hook up the gas to the stove again.

I got my Brewmasters Warehouse package yesterday that has Yooper's DFH 60 Clone AG kit and an AG Nut Brown Ale recipe.

Again, if I'm lucky, I'll be brewing that DFH clone on Sunday.

going to do 5 gallons of bitter with a pound of my home-made crystal malts tomorrow.

Finally brewing my Cascade SMaSH on Saturday. It's been a few weeks and I am feeling the urge to get a new one going.

I have a huge weekend planned since the wife is on some sort of girls weekend shopping blah blah blah... Tonight it is an AHS Oatmeal Stout. Tomorrow a Belgian Whitbier from Complete Joy of Homebrewing. Sunday an AHS ESB session brew. Not to mention I need to bottle two batches I have in my buckets so that the Whitbier and the ESB have a place to go...
