Hubby fell asleep on the couch while we were watching t.v. I have been drinking some of the red wine we have bottled. Honestly he just helped me make the bed from the newly washed sheets, and more or less intended to go to sleep shortly after.

I am not yet done for the night... do I send him to the comfy bed alone? Leave him on the uncomfy couch and wake him when I am ready for bed? Wake him now and go to sleep before I had planned?

Decisions decisions...

The cat in the box is fine... he keeps crawling in there... I have pics of him in 4 different beer boxes...

hubby has stirred a few times... I will wake him up in the good way, should my blood alcohol level allow... :D what else is the fin of the clean sheets...

This one. You're not ready for bed. Even if he is, he probably doesn't want to go without you. And since he fell asleep, how uncomfy can he be? Well, as long as he's not sleeping in some contorted position.

I say you give him a grilled cheese and see if he gives you a tuna sandwich back. Both are appropriate, though after sleeping, it is tough to make either

Is this schrodinger's cat?

old post, great information, spectacular double entendre, wrong place to post all of this info though, needs to be done in the drunken ramblings because no matter what it will end up there. It is further down on the HBT page, near the bottom.

click the link for more info. Lady Brewer will find out all of it later, when her internet responds to her.

Okay, I plead confused... all I saw was actual grilled cheese, and I make that and it is good... as for it being a euphemism, I thought that would have been obvious from me waking him up...

ah well, maybe I am not as (or more) in the dark as most ladies... who knows

Be nice, lady. He loves you. Let him sleep and then gently wake him and tell him you're going to bed. If you want some extracurricular activities, beat him to the bedroom and he'll be awake enough to get the idea when he gets there.

Only someone who has never walked in 3 feet of snow, uphill both ways, to get lunch would say that!

Grilled cheese with tomato soup is tough to beat when it's -20F out and you'll have to walk back to school afterwards.

Well... in conclusion... I actually figured out the grilled cheese thing before linking to the right thread... but the right thread is funny...

I left hubby until I was ready to go to bed, then gently woke him. I suggested that we have some sort of meal, but neither of us was hungry enough to bother cooking. I find I don't make very good grilled cheese when I am drunk...
