Here is what I cooked last weekend, I didn't get any shots of the final product on a bun but the pulled pork came out fantastic. I am still figuring out how to smoke briskets, the one I bought was trimmed so it has much lower fat content and I think that had a big effect on the final product. It was good but a little dry. Overall though the pulled pork was great and so far I have had, sandwiches, more sandwiches, pull pork tacos, and pulled pork bbq pizza. The little bit that is left is in the freezer for a few weeks.
