Hello,

I have a Dark Ale recipe for Xmas in need of reviewing:

Maris Otter ---72.4%
Brown --- 5.7%
Chocolate --- 5.7%
Pale Chocolate --- 5.7%
Amber --- 3.4%
Crystal 45L --- 3.4%
Crystal 90L --- 3.4%

SRM 41
IBU 55 ( Northern Brewer + Perle )
OG: 1.095
FG: 1.025
Windsor + Nottingham

Looks alright, but I'd drop both the pale chocolate and amber malt. Both will get overshadowed by the regular chocolate and brown malt. I'd probably also increase that brown malt to about 10%
