What psi do you have it set at? Also, is your co2 valves all open after you hooked up?
 
CO2 pressure line and resistance (length and diameter) are the two controlling factors, unless you have a blockage somewhere. Do you have the same problem on all taps?
 
Do you have the red valve on the chech valve open? I couldnt figure why mine would pour corectly for a couple days when i set up my kegerator and this was the reason
