Slight mold in siphon tubing

I went to transfer my imperial red ale to the secondary today to find a little bit of mold on the inside of the siphon tubing.

Can I just run star san through it for a bit and then transfer? Or should is it best to stay away from this?

I would clean it before running star san through it. Remember star san is just a sanitizer - not a cleaner.
However - tubing is so cheap - i would really just get a new tube.
