This time, I am doing a single hop pale and want to try something a bit different. I am going to hook up my bucket to my keg by running a tube from the hole in the bucket to the liquid line of the keg. Then, run a line from the Gas post to a jar of star san. I am going to put my dry hops in a bad and use the magnet idea to see if I can just drop the dry hop bag into place. Then, when the time comes to transfer I will move the line from the star san jar to the spigot of my bucket and transfer under a slight amount of pressure. That,, hopefully, will make this a completely closed transfer. Thoughts?
