This is something I've wanted to get into for a while and now a friend and I have started! A week ago we brewed (extract) a Belgian White, and we were concerned that wouldn't be enough, so we brewed up another 5 gallons of Maple brown Ale! Taste test from cornelius kegs this Friday hopefully! I'm thinking there should be a brewing club on campus next...
 
Welcome to HBT. I am newer here also but you will find everyone here is most helpfull. And woohoo the wisconsin group grows.
 
Glad to hear about some college students brewing the right way instead of asking how to make better toilet hooch. :drunk:
 
I am going to try a red ale next and my buddy wants to try making a coffee stout. I'm kind of afraid of his though...
According to how much beer comes from Wisconsin, we should have the largest population on HBT!
No toilet hooch for this guy!
