Been so long since I last really brewed anything, apparently small children and boiling sugary liquids don't mix. Really am a beginner all over again.
Totally missed the kveik fad, so belatedly catching up with a simple Voss kveik wheat beer for New Year. Brewed Friday, a mixture of bottled and in plastic keg to naturally condition on Tuesday. Sneaked a bottle with a friend Wednesday night with enough cask ale level carbonation to pass QC and it's good to be back!
