The federal safe drinking water law makes it illegal to introduce lead into potable water and as such brass used for this purpose cannot contain more than .2% lead by volume, or .25% by weight. Been this way for 5 or so years now.

Theoretically the faucet is compliant (who knows how tight quality control and testing is in other countries) if sold in the US.

I would have no worries about lead if it were me.
 
You have nothing to worry about. Even if it was non-compliant (even though that is not the case here), the amount that would leach out would be so low that it is hardly worth giving a thought to. Brew on!
