Due to miscalculations and misunderstandings on a previous couple of batches, I have in my freezer an extra 5 cans of Welches grape juice concentrate (the purple kind), and 2 cans of organic white grape juice concentrate.

I'd like to use these to make 1 or 2 quick and simple batches of something or other.

Any ideas? Can I just add them to water, add sugar to get whatever potential ABV I want, and ferment it? Will it suck?

Here's what I tried with frozen apple juice concentrate. Mix with less water than recommended. You get more flavor and sugar to start plus you can top off with water after racking.

I also recommend diluting with less water and adding no sugar. Will be fuller bodied that way at least.

Just add water little by little till you hit around 1.090 or so.
