simple green to clean kegs?

Never tried it... but I don't see why not.. that stuff is great.. cleans anything... and is food safe.. I have used it to clean pots and pans with no noticable ill affects.

I don't know what they put in Simple Green but it smells *awful*. Of course I worked with a guy who was addicted to the stuff--he washed off keyboards, monitors, chairs, everything so the last guy's germs didn't get him infected.

But yes, it does clean pretty well so you're probably ok if you rinse.
 
To each his own. I love the smell of simple green and I have used it for the initial soak down in the cornies. Now that I have oxyclean though, the simple green goes back into the garage.
 
I think the smell is sasparilla (spelling?)
Right or wrong, I'd be sure and rinse the hell out of it.
