Alright so I was making a batch of Tits Up IIPA that I got from on here. I hated to see so many grains only make one batch so I got 4 lbs of 2 row and after I mashed I added those grains to the mashed grains for a second running. I got back about 1.055 for OG. I decided to do an all Simcoe hopped beer and I am glad I did. Here is the hop schedule, oh and I did a 90 minute boil.
1 oz Simcoe at 60
1 oz Simcoe at 15
.75 oz Simcoe at 5
.75 oz Simcoe at flame out
1.25 oz Simcoe 14 day dry hop
