So I’m getting ready to mix up this kit and I want to dip hop it as an improvement to the over all kit.

how I’m going about this is as follows:
Heat 1.5 liters of water to 170 degrees add 2-3 oz of selected hops to fermenter, pour water over and cover let stand for 60 minutes

during that time do the rest of the kit and enhancer in preparation (being mindful of timing)

BUT

The real reason y’all are here is the hop selection.

My initial thought was to use the ounce of Loral and an ounce of Calypso, but the dry hops that come with it are Simcoe and Chinock. Do you think these flavors will mesh or clash.

Here is my current inventory of hops. Maybe you see other options that might work. Some might be spoken for with upcoming brews but doesn’t mean I couldn’t back fill.

this doesn’t include the BRU-1, Citra, McKenzie, Azacca that are en route.

Let me know your thoughts
