Is Simca now licensed to grow in Argentina??

Can you grow hops in your country? I am in Ecuador and I think I will have issues.... No winter....

If you mean "Simcoe", it does not appear to be licensed beyond the partner growers and some licensed PNW farms, but you might contact the consortium directly...
