Should I get this?
2 used corny kegs
local pickup
$45 total
used for beer.

I am a true noob with not even 1 batch completed but I thought it was a good deal. I have a mini fridge and all.

It's an "ok" deal. Make sure they would fit in your mini-fridge first, though!

I think $20-$25 is pretty typical for corny kegs, and they are easy to find, so you don't need to rush. Unless you want to!

you should unless you live in the Raleigh NC area. Then you should give me the contact info and let me check it out to make sure everything is ok first.

well i've been looking at prices and have noticed what kills me is shipping. Also I have been keeping an eye out and now after weeks I finaly found corny kegs on CL. I don't know if there will be any other deals like this. Course the guy lists them as aluminum and I dont know if they are coke or pepsi style. I'm leaning towards buying.

They should be stainless steel, if they're corney kegs. Definitely worth checking out if you're sure you want to be kegging. I don't want to disuade you at all- kegging rocks! But, there are so many other things to buy, too, that you may want to consider your priorities for brewing equipment.

Still if you want them, why not?
