On my first batch og 1.053 taken too hot had to repitch for same reason im one week in very little krausen have had a reading of 1.020 last 3 days should i move to bottl:confused:e to condition it has plenty of turb on bottom
 
If your gravity is steady then you can bottle, but most people here(including myself) will tell you to leave it in the fermenter for another week or two before bottling.
 
Agreed. A lot of people here do not believe in secondary fermenting, but I do.

As home brewers, as opposed to commercial breweries, we have little need for a quick ROI. Plus, some commercial breweries pull some special techniques to shorten aging. Let it rest.
 
Temps have been at 70 for the most part just pitched at around 80 took my og at that temp
 
I like to wait until the beer is pretty clear before bottling because it means a lot less gunk in the bottle. Sometimes that happens at day 7 and sometimes not until day 25. The actual number of days doesn't matter- you just want the Fg to be stable for at least three days, and the beer to clear up.
