Should I drink it?

I have a bottle of double bastard I've been holding on to for a few months now should I drink it or let it age a while longer?

I didn't care for the arrogant bastard so if its double that I wouldn't have bought it. BUT to each his own. The only way to know is pop the top and take a sip

I've been aging for almost 3 years now, when it's been 5 years, I'll drink one.

I usually get impatient and drink things quickly. Most stuff doesn't last longer than a year in my fridge.

That being said, Double Bastard ages well. Let it sit if you can.

I've found that Arrogant Bastard and Double Bastard don't hold up that well. I usually drink them fairly fresh.
