Shifted gravities?

I did a couple BIAB's and the OG was higher then I expected 1060 (guess I got better eff then I expected) and final was 1020, which is about 10 high on both ends. Anything to be concerned about or try to fix next round?
Just run of the mill APAs.

(no I'm not scared and about to dump the batch or anything dumb, just wondering)

Hard saying not knowing.

What was the target OG? Yeast used (type/amount/starter). Temps? Recipes might be helpful too...
