I was planning on brewing today and the weather just isn't cooperating. It is 34 degrees outside with freezing rain.....just not ideal conditions to brew.
I made a 1000ml starter on Wednesday night, put it on the Stirplate and let it go for a day, then bumped the starter upto 2000ml on Thursday night, let it go until Friday Night and cold crashed it in the fridge. It has been in the fridge since then.
How long will it stay good in the fridge? It is WLP820 German Lager Yeast. I just don't know when/if I'll be able to brew if the weather stays crappy.
Thanks!
