Greetings from CT. I have been a home-brewer for 3 years now after I received a brewing kit one holiday season. I am currently in the process of creating something more of a business venture as I look to start my own brewery.
I am working on converting my garage into a part time brewery (as opposed to brewing in the kitchen). My next step will be to create some recipies. I am focusing mostly on ales as I do not have a limitless bank account and keeping things cold in CT is hit or miss these past few years. I hope to eventually build a RIMS system but in the meantime will be using extract/partial mash to make great tasting beers.
