I made a stout graff almost three weeks ago and I will be bottling three gallons of it this weekend and pulling 2 one gallon batches of it off to secondary, on the first I am going to rack on top of cranberries, but im not sure what to put on the other gallon. I was thinking blackberries or possibly pomegranate. I know there are alot of other things so what do you guys think would work well with a stout that is 3/5 apple juice?
