I'm doing a secondary with an ale I just brewed, mainly so I can use the yeast cake. Actually, I will just be racking it into a corny, probably. However, my CO2 tank is empty and I can't get it refilled in time. I'm concerned about oxygenation. You think it having 3 or 4 days of O2 headspace before I can purge will be a problem? I've never really had the chance to tell.

No worries.

Your beer will begin some slight re-fermentation once you agitate it a bit during the transfer.

That fermentation will put off enough CO2 to purge the Oxygen out in less than an hour. Go ahead and lid the corny...just open the pressure relief valve. No real need for an airlock that way.
