So I would like to get a coffee flavored stout extract kit, but It calls for adding the brewed coffee after racking the beer to a secondary. I do not currently own a secondary.
Can I just add the coffee to the primary after fermentation is complete? Or mix it in at bottling time? What are your thoughts? Thanks
