Second batch what do you think?

The scoby forming on top is lifting and has some weird stuff that looks like stalactites forming. It’s been a week and three days first fermentation. That top scoby is dry like paper. When it moved that odd thing formed in th corner. Thoughts?

Looks like the SCOBY is on the bottom and a new one is forming on top to me?
