Bottled my second batch tonight !

Belgian Wheat.

Used Coopers Wheat Beer Extract Kit with an additional 2lbs of Light LME

Added Bitter Orange Peel and Coriander (crushed) 1oz. Each.
5 gal. Batch
OG = 1.054
FG = 1.004
ABV = 4.978

It was in primary fermenter 15 days. It looks nice, smells good and tasted good when transferring to bottling bucket.

Batch primed with 5 oz. corn sugar and bottled.

Only thing left to do is wait for it to come ready ! :rockin:
