This thread was waaaayyy cooler when Belltown was in the title.

Thx a lot swivelhips, libbey, and NAD1983. We had something really really cool here, and y’all effed it up for errybody...

(Anyone droppin’ by the Holy Mtn anny party tomorrow? Was thinking about swinging by later in the evening.)

It’s on Friday, but feel free to stop in tomorrow.

I’m gonna stop by for a bit early in the day.

I'll be at HM sometime early afternoon on Friday. Picked a hell of a day for my first visit!

Amazon ‘Post-Christmas’ party on Friday so I won’t be down at HM until Saturday as I’ll be getting on beer at the company’s expense at the football stadium.

This is probably just me but I’m triggered by the accent on the Misère labels being wrong. Sort it out HolyMtn

Stopped in for a pour of HoG and grabbed a glass and growler of Hivemaker. Was kinda hoping something new would go on while I was there, but oh well!

Hivemaker was great. Missed HoG, MSCV, and the Monkish guest tap kicked while I was in line, but I drank a substantial portion of a buddy's pour. Misere on tap was nice. Will not be venturing back today.

Yeah, going over today sounds like a terrible idea. The staff is amazing and does a great job putting up with all of us.

Can't wait to show up on Monday and enjoy a relaxing time.

Did anyone go yesterday? Curious about what was tapped and if people really did camp out there all day long.

From good ol' BTS, it sounded like there were some folks under the impression that a keg of GGT would be tapped yesterday; little did they know, there's no keg of GGT in existence. LOL'Merika!

Apparently V12 lasted like 30 min, and it looked like MS Coco closed out the night, if that's of any interest to ya.

That's really funny about the delusional GGT hopes.

I went through Untappd and looked at everything they brought out. Good stuff but nothing that made me rethink how I spent my day. The problem is that you'll be waiting 30 minutes in line to get a beer... at least that's how it was when I was there on Friday.

There are a lot of other things going on these days to be triggered about more than a label with a mistake. I wish I could go back in time, and re take that first period french class that I would get super high before every day.....actually...no I don't. ;)

Thanks for everyone who came by this weekend, and any other day or weekend for that matter. We all had a blast and took yesterday off to recover a bit. 2018 has a lot of beers coming up that we're stoked about, and a few projects we're excited to get rolling on. See everyone around!

Had a great birthday weekend in Seattle. Hit Holy Mountain Friday afternoon & tried pretty much everything on the menu. Coffee Vanilla Midnight Still was probably the highlight for me. Thanks to beerscenes for saving us a seat! Also hit The Masonry & Fremont Friday night. I really dig the vibe at Fremont. Also, noticed throughout the trip that dog rules seem to be much more liberal in Seattle than in Portland. Pretty sure there was at least one dog at every place we went on Friday & Saturday.

Hit Reuben's, Stoup, Obec, and Standard on Saturday. Stoup's IPAs were a highlight for me, though Secret Crush and Triumverate at Reuben's were on point as well. Obec is putting out some good beers too for such a new place. It's crazy how close Reuben's, Obec, and Stoup are. Had dinner at Giddy Up Burger before Standard. Standard was fine, but unremarkable.

Stopped at Cloudburst yesterday, thinking we'd have a pint or two before leaving town. Ended up drinking almost everything on the menu. A dude from Beecher's cheese gave us a big ol' container of cheese curds, which were awesome. The beers were all solid. I'd probably have to give Cloudbust the award for brewery with the best sense of humor. The beer descriptions and signage in the brewery were hilarious, and I'm pretty sure they're the first brewery I've been to with a glory hole.

Parked at 2nd and Blanchard, so ended up hitting Shorty's for a Ranier & to watch the end of the AFC championship game. What a great, classic dive.

My wife was a real trooper, DDing my friend and I around. Apparently Seattle is over hemp milk, which really put a cramp in her latte game. Oat milk is the new cool alternative milk, it seems.

We were also very amused by all the yellow, green, and orange bike share bikes strewn haphazardly all over the city. What a weird concept.

Anyway, great weekend. Waaaay too much beer. It'll definitely be less than 6 years before I go back again.

Ugh, as a devout urban cyclist, good gawd, all those fuggin’ bike share bikes are basically litter at this point. I’ve seen massive piles of ‘em in the U District. Heck, there were a couple of ‘em in my neighbor’s front yard for several weeks, until he finally said eff this, and carried ‘em down to a nearby parking lot... Sometimes things seem like good ideas on paper, but don’t translate to the real-world.

Populuxe and Lucky Envelope are just around the corner from Reuben's, too. Peddler, Hale's, Bad Jimmy's and Lagunitas aren't very far either. Crazy how many are packed in Ballard.

Bummer you didn't hit Seapine and Urban Family, but otherwise you did a great job visiting our breweries.

I've never seen anyone riding one of the OFO (Yellow) bikes, but they always get dropped off in massive numbers in my neighborhood.
