Seattle area breweries

We have a wedding coming up in June in Astoria OR. Planning on checking out Fort George Brewery and Rogue. Will also be spending a few days in the Seattle area and I am looking for recommendations on breweries to check out. Whatcha think?

If you're downtown, I like Cloudburst, Pike and Holy Mountain. In my hood of Ballard, we have a ton of small breweries http://www.myballard.com/breweries/. I also "own" a brewery (a coop) http://www.flyingbike.coop/beer/
