Okay guys. I know that I constantly crave certain seasonals in the off season. Right now, it's SA Noble Pils and Octoberfest. In fact, it's ALWAYS those two along with Winter's Bourbon Cask Ale and Victory's Moonglow Weizenbock. So my question is do you guys put a couple of cases of something special away for the off season cravings? This is going to by my first year hoarding my favorites for cold winter nights.

I like all beers at any time of the year, so sessional to me is a misnomer. But yeah, a bourbon cask ale would be a nice treat right now. I could go for a good chocolate or coffee stout right now too. Or better yet, the coffee stout tomorrow morning would be just what I need to get me going.

I have always done this. I might have been drinking an old fizzywig last week . . . .

Just to let you know though, the noble pils will probably loose some of that hop strength as the year goes on. I love though to do this and see how they age. The trick is hiding them from yourself.

Yeah, seriously. My buddy saved some Moonglow Weizenbock and Mad Elf. They were incredible with some aging. I just get cravings for out of season beers. The biggest culprit for me though is definitely SA Octoberfest.
