I'm leaving in Quebec, Canada, and I just started homebrewing gluten-free beers. Does anyone know where can I get some amylase enzyme to help the conversion of the gluten-free grains i'm using? Thanx!:mug:

Sure, but the ECkraus actually has both alpha and beta amylase, while the Crosby and Baker is only alpha. Fine if you're happy turning starch into mostly unfermentable dextrins, not so good if you're looking to get fermentable sugars.
