I'm new to brewing, and I've noticed a lack of options for gluten free flaked grains. Oats and quinoa are available, but I've been unable to find flaked corn that is verified GF. Briess has informed me that their flaked grains are all processed on shared equipment and thus not GF. I also don't know what to use in styles that call for roasted barley, or flaked barley/wheat. What do all of you do to get flaky?

I would love to use cornflakes, but the ones I find always have additional ingredients. The Kellogg's ones even use malt extract, so, y'know... gluten.
