Ugh. I can't stand this place!

I get a call at 3 PM today from my boss who says I need to prepare a briefing for an exercise and I have to brief it at 8 AM, an hour and a half after my regular mid shift ends. Now normally I wouldn't be upset about it, but I've never done it before, and don't really know the details about how/when/where to brief.

I just love getting thrown under the bus by the boss.

I don't really understand what any of it means, but it sounds like it sucks. Oh well, perhaps he thinks highly of you and was in a tough spot. ...or perhaps he's a prick

That's pretty much what I feel like.

TxBrew, smartass Swami and I are both weather forecasters in the Air Force.

The briefing went fine. I like breifing in the CAT because you get to stand at a podioum behind everyone.

Yeah, a podium back by that island. It is really far away from the screens--I know what you mean by not being able to see it.

That office right there would be like my personal HELL job. All of those desks set up like that....errrr......
