I am new to creating recipes and fairly new to brewing. So I wanted to have some experts take a look at this. I found a recipe for 1.75 gallon batch of South Streets Satan's Pony clone. I put it into beer smith and scaled it. I have a 10 gallon Brew-Boss setup and I ferment under pressure in a Fermentasauras (fermenter probably makes no difference but just in case.) Here is what I have come up with. I am open to any and all comments. I can take it. :)

6 gallon Batch size

Amt Name Type # %/IBU Volume
7 lbs 12.4 oz Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 1 52.5 % 0.61 gal
3 lbs 14.3 oz Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 2 26.3 % 0.30 gal
2 lbs White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 3 13.1 % 0.15 gal

3.8 oz Carared (20.0 SRM) Grain 6 1.6 % 0.02 gal
3.8 oz Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 7 1.6 % 0.02 gal
