I'm looking to improve my routines on sanitizing. Currently I use one step no rinse and mix 1 tbsp with 1 gallon and do the countertops and then all the equipment that will touch my cooled wort or beer. Now I'm moving my brewing process to the garage to do bigger batches.
Ok so let's say you use starsan or one step no rinse to sanitize everything that touches your cooled wort. I have a simple question, where do you set the equipment once sanitized, a pale, countertop, hang it? Being that I just moved to brewing larger batches in my garage on a bigger kettle and burner I'm trying to figure out a solid process out there for keeping things sanitized. I'm struggling with simple things like what to do plastic bucket lid to keep it sanitized or stirring spoon or even the plastic primary fermenting bucket after you've sanitized it, how long do you let it drip dry?
