Sanitize nazis will they die eventually?

I kind of sort of agree with the OP. I think we all know we need sanitized gear on the cold side. It's pretty straight forward.

To add to that, most infections are not from some lonely microorganism that randomly happens upon your wort. Most of the time there is a little habitat that the microorganisms have made home, but it's getting crowded and they're looking to spread out. Nooks and crannies that they've fortified against cleaning and sanitation. Many times normal sanitation isn't enough to get rid of the trouble spots. Normal sanitation does help to keep them from getting a foothold, but isn't as good at rooting them out.

I don't feel like reading the first five pages. Are we talking about sanitizing a nazi, or how much sanitizer it takes to actually kill a nazi? You still have to clean them first right?
 
Can you imagine the food industy sanitizing every bit of hardware all the time? I've worked in the food industry,...

And yet, with each and every recall of Ice Cream, or Spinach, the end result is a factory wide shut-down for a thorough sanitization.

Hmm.
