I bought a six pack of this last night....I have no idea what witbier even is but I liked this beer. The blackberry was "fake" tasting and smelled fake but overall I would like to try something like this with some frozen blackberrys. I did a google search and the hits were mainly all bad mouthing the beer. to do this would I simply look up a recipe for witbier and rack it into a secondary with some blackberrys? Do I crush the blackberrys like I would for wine or do I leave em whole?
