I'm getting to bottle my first home brew in 12 years. I just took a gravity reading and I'm down to 1.010 down from 1.052. My concern is that the sample tastes very yeasty. Is this something I need to worry about? Right now the beer tastes much like a good wheat beer, and I wouldn't be bummed at all if the beer didn't changing much. The kit I brewed was More Beer's Amber light: www.morebeer.com/view_product/10802/103560/Amber_Light_Ale_-_Extract
and I used the US-05.
When the beer conditions am I going to loose the yeast flavor? Or do I need to chill and just see what happens?

Thanks.

One week and three days.

No it's not clear and I didn't use any clarifier. I know I'm still a few days from bottling but I still worry. The beer I made so long ago was very esterey because of the lack of temperature control. The flavor I'm getting is similar to what I used to brew, but not nearly as offensive.
