It is cliche' to say that Angelina Jolie is HOT. I'll not belabour the point. Suffice to say: if you don't even like Tom Clancy/James Bondish spy movies, you can just watch her changing hair styles and sit transfixed that even with a guy hair cut dyed black, she is one of those women I despise. One that I know full well in person, could realistically reduce me to a drooling infant.
Ahem.....so despite all of that, the action in this movie is more Bad ass, and frankly, more believeable than any James Bond movie. ( I know Sean conery was a bad ass at the tuime

Despite being more like a "red october", humorless realistic action movie than James Bond "shaken not stirred" movies, this one has a more accessible plot than the Tom Clancy movies but is no less realistic, gritty, and believeable.

HOLY CRAP.

Action scenes built around an incredibly skilled (but believeable, not superhuman) agent with nothing to lose, desperate.

Awesome points of sorrow, revenge, betrayal....and awesome points of Angelina with long Jet black hair..........DEAR GOD......

I'm not saying she is ugly and I don't know her personally to make decisions about her personality but I doubt she would stand out in a crowd if not for her fame. She might get a glance from guys before they move on to check out the next woman that comes into view walking down the street. Very doubtful she would leave a lasting impression on me if I saw her on the street if she were not famous. I am just talking about looks though.

I started this thread, I don't own it, but any discussion of the tangent "who is hotter" discussion MUST watch salt before any credibility will be given.

I did see Salt when it was in theaters, but that was a long time ago. While I remember liking it, it didn't impact me the way Bourne did.

I watched 10 minutes of Bourne and got bored. Not a Matt Damon fan. I will give it another shot.

When Salt allows herself to be arrested, then in transit, is then making the unconcious cop hit the gas by hitting him with voltage, shifting in reverse and forward(drive) and beleivably incapacitates both the cop car behind her and the one in front before reversing over the concrete wall and onto the street below, then slips out of the car, out of the cuffs and is off.....

AWESOME.
