This is a recipe for a Russian Imperial Stout I have been tinkering with for some time now. Haven't made it yet, but was looking for some input on what others think of it. Also if anyone has any recommendations.

Steep
Chocolate Malt (Briess) 1lb for 20 minutes
Caramel Malt 80L (Briess) 1lb for 20 minutes
Roasted Barley .5lb for 20 minutes
Black Malt (Briess) for 20 Minutes

Boil

Grains
LME Dark (Muntons) 11lb for 60 minutes

Hops
Nugget (13%AA) .75oz for 60 minutes
Chinook (13%AA) .75oz for 60 minutes
Fuggle (4.8%AA) .5oz for 15 minutes
Goldings (5.0%AA) .5oz for 15 minutes
Fuggle (4.8%AA) .25oz at end of boil
Goldings (5.0%AA) .25oz at end of boil

Extras
Irish Moss 1tbsp for 10 minutes

Yeast
White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale 1 Package

Fermentation
In 5 gal carboy for 3 weeks at 70 degrees Fahrenheit
