I brewed a Belgian Blonde last Saturday. It's had been slightly over a week and fermentation seems to have stopped. I have read this yeast settled out before its done donuts good to rouse it to meet your FG . Problem is I opened her up gave her a very very light and careful stir as to not introduce any oxygen, but ten I realized I hadn't take a reading so I when ahead and did so and it was at 1.010 witch I'd say is finished. So will rousing yeast after fermention is finished hurt my beer ?

Rousing in general will not hurt anything, provided you do not introduce much oxygen. Rousing with a donut, on the other hand, sounds like an invitation for an infection, not to mention you have to recalculate your new OG. ;)
