Rolling Kegerator - Ice Level Question

My trash can has 2 large wheels in back that create a hump inside the can - back half.

This hump causes the 2 rear Corny's to sit about 8 inches higher than the front 2.

Should I put something on the bottom to raise the front 2 up or just fill it with ice up to to level of the front 2?

Is there an issue with the back 2 being partially out of the ice?

No problem with partial out of the ice. If it is covered to all but 8", I am pretty sure the ice will do the job.

A few pints out of the back two and fluid level is below the ice level.

The kegs draw from the bottom. Keep the bottom cold and the taps should run cold. A drain plug, to keep the ice from floating too high, might be a good idea.
